REFUND POLICY
🧾 Refund Policy – Outdoor Depot

At Outdoor Depot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help make it right. Below is our understanding Refund Policy, designed to be transparent and easy to understand.
✅ Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
· Your request must be made within 20 days of delivery.
· The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
· Requests made after 20 days will not be accepted unless required by law.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
· The buyer simply doesn’t like the product
· Minor quality issues or differences not affecting function
· Wrong product ordered by buyer (e.g., wrong size/SKU)
· Disputes raised after the order is closed
· Tracking info deleted by logistics/local carriers
· Orders delayed or returned due to force majeure: pandemic, war, customs delay, etc.
· Any item on sale or clearance
· Gift cards or downloadable products
· Items returned without contacting us first
📥 How to Request a Refund
To begin the refund process, please contact us at outdoordepot.ca@gmail.com with the following information:
· Your full name
· Order number
· The email address used for the purchase
· A clear description of the issue
· Photos or videos as proof
We will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions on the next steps.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within 20 days of delivery, we will offer:
· A full refund, or
· A free replacement, based on your preference.
Proof required: Photo or video of the damaged item and the original packaging.
Note: Cosmetic issues such as slight wrinkles, thread irregularities, or minor scratches may not qualify unless they affect the function.
🚚 Lost or Missing Products
If your order:
· Is marked in transit, pending, or shows no tracking updates for more than 60 days after shipment,
· And was shipped to a valid Canadian address,
· Missing accessories will be resent or partially refunded.
You will be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
If the tracking shows the order was delivered, but you did not receive it, you must provide a non-delivery certificate from your local post office for a refund to be considered.
📌 Notes on Dispute Timeframes
· You cannot open a dispute once the order is marked closed.
· Disputes must be submitted within 20 days of delivery.
