Once the product is handed over to the carrier, Outdoor Depot is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier during transit. Any issues arising after shipping are the responsibility of the carrier, though we will assist in resolving the matter with them.
· Force Majeure: Outdoor Depot is not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or customs delays.

🚫 Lost or Damaged Items
We’ve got your back.
If your order:
· Shows as in transit, pending, or has no tracking updates for over 60 days after shipment,
· And was sent to a valid address in a supported country,
· Please email us at info@outdoordepot.com within 20 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund
Note: If the tracking shows the order was delivered, but you did not receive it, you must provide an official non-delivery certificate from your local post office for a refund to be considered.

🚚Shipping Issues
If a package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If unresolved, a non-delivery certificate with an official seal from your post office is required to open a dispute.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect/insufficient addresses, unclaimed packages, customs clearance failures, or refusal to accept delivery.

· Packages refused or not claimed by the recipient

· We only ship to Canada. Orders to other destinations will not be processed.
· Some remote addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
