To be eligible for a return:

• ·The item must be unused, in its original
  packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Process

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Any relevant photos or videos (required for damaged items)

2.Return Authorization

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions. Please note: return
shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated.

3. Ship the Product

Pack the item securely and return it using the provided address or shipping
label (if applicable).

4.Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm the outcome by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7
business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products not in their original condition or missing parts
• Sale or clearance items

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange,
